30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our Shared (Premium & Unlimited) Hosting and Cloud Hosting accounts. This allows you to try our services risk-free.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be a new customer and have not previously held an account with AmbitionSystem.
  • Your account must not have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • You must not have initiated a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
  • Your request must be made after 20 days but no later than 30 days from your initial purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies only to the base hosting fee for yearly billing cycles.
  • Violating any part of our Terms of Service will automatically waive your right to a refund under this guarantee.

General Refund Policy

All refunds, including those outside the 30-day guarantee, are granted at the sole discretion of AmbitionSystem. This includes fees associated with primary services, additional features, and any setup fees.

Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it may take 5-7 business days to be fully processed and appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that not all services are eligible for a refund. The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • VPS & Agency Hosting: All services related to Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Agency Hosting, including any associated add-ons, are strictly non-refundable.
  • Domain Name Registrations & Renewals: Once a domain is registered, transferred, or renewed, the fee is non-refundable. Please double-check your domain name for typos before completing your purchase.
  • Setup Fees & Migration Fees: Any one-time fees for account setup or professional migration are non-refundable.
  • Dedicated IP Addresses: The cost of a dedicated IP address is non-refundable.
  • Software Licenses: Any third-party software licenses (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed) are non-refundable.

Domains

Domains are a non-refundable product. If a free domain is registered with any hosting plan, then after the cancellation of the hosting plan, a partial refund will be issued (domain cost will be deducted).

Service Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your client area. To avoid being billed for the next period, you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your service renewal date.

Cancellation by AmbitionSystem

AmbitionSystem reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms of Service. In most cases, we will provide a notice period to allow you to rectify the issue. However, for severe violations, termination may be immediate and without a refund.

If service is canceled by us, in this case, if our internal policy allows us to give you a refund, then a refund will be automatically provided.

Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any questions about a charge on your account, please contact our billing department for assistance.

Important: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or PayPal is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Additional $75 chargeback fee
  • Forfeiture of any refund eligibility
